Spotlight on Wells Fargo, CDF Sponsor

We are thankful to have Wells Fargo as a CDF sponsor.  This is their second year supporting our School Touring Program and helping us reach more than 4,371 students and educators at underserved schools so far this year.  They began just after moving into the Birmingham community through their merger with Wachovia, who was a CDF sponsor of several years.

Wells Fargo is proud to support organizations that work to strengthen our communities. They look for projects that keep our communities strong, diverse, and vibrant. Through the volunteer efforts of their enthusiastic team members and their contributions, they share their success with the communities in which we live and work.

Wells Fargo has several focuses in their giving including education – working to eliminate the pre-K-12th grade achievement gap in public schools and arts & culture – providing access to and participation in cultural experiences for low- and moderate-income individuals.

Indeed!  Thank you Wells Fargo for your support!

CDF dances with students of all ages and abilities in our community arts center in Homewood and at more than 20 social service agencies, child care centers and schools throughout Birmingham. Our dance classes and performances inspire the child who is homeless, very young, disadvantaged or at-risk, and the child who has special needs. CDF provides these children with much needed opportunities to feed their imagination and strengthen their bodies and minds. CDF is a non-profit organization supported by generous corporations, foundations and individuals.

...for life, for learning, for all!
